I've heard of the memory leak bug but have never experienced it (I'm a Linux user, though; maybe that matters). The rendering bug is another one that must be intermittent. I've never experienced it, at any rate. None of this means that these things shouldn't be fixed, naturally. It might take more noise from the community to elevate the priority, though.
